BOLBA makes businesses and professionals more successful by identifying and attracting viable markets for member businesses, sponsoring business trade fairs and expositions, establishing networking and partnership opportunities, and by providing business educational resources. BOLBA also is committed to our members and to our black community to raise the level, the quality, and quantity of the service that our members deliver to the marketplace and to continually improve the professional image of our association and its members within our black community.

BOLBA members must exhibit competence, fairness, and high integrity. This results from our adherence to a lofty ideal of high moral conduct in all business relations. As our association attempts to interpret our obligation to this high ideal, we choose to use our code of ethical behavior as our guide. Accepting this standard as their own, each member, must commit to observe its spirit in all their activity. and conduct business in accordance with the tenants set forth in the BOLBA code of ethics.
